Welcome to Steev. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Steev’s services provided by TBD Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through https://steev.io (the “Site”) and command-line interface (CLI) tools.

By using Steev, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Steev, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Steev on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Steev provides AI model training and optimization services. The service includes: - Access to training infrastructure - Model optimization tools - Command-line interface tools - Related documentation and support

3. User Accounts

3.1. Registration

  • You must register for an account to use our services
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3.2. Account Security

  • Keep your password and API keys secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Obligations

You agree to: - Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws - Not attempt to breach our security measures - Not interfere with the proper working of the service - Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Our Rights

  • The service, including all content and features, is owned by TBD Labs
  • Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission

5.2. Your Rights

  • You retain ownership of your data and models
  • You grant us license to host and process your data as needed to provide the service

6. Payment Terms

6.1. Billing

  • Fees are based on your selected plan and usage
  • Payment is required in advance for subscription services
  • Usage-based fees are billed in arrears

6.2. Refunds

  • No refunds for partial month subscriptions
  • Refunds may be provided at our discretion for service issues

7. Service Level Agreement

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of scheduled maintenance
  • Service credits may be provided for extended outages as per our SLA policy

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide the service “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the past 12 months

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you: - Violate these Terms - Engage in fraudulent activity - Fail to pay fees when due - Abuse system resources

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
